Online mini photoshop & Dreamweaver tool
By using below tools, now you can do design work from anywhere (From cybercafe as well). All the necessary basic functionalities are there.
Online Dreamweaver - http://htmlplayground.com/
Online Photoshop - http://www.pixlr.com/editor/
Above all, no dependency on Adobe suit for basic work. Interesting...
For Developers - No more dependency on designers.
For Designers - Beware!

Flash Platform: Flex,AIR,Flash and Web Technologies under one roof
Adobe MAX update, as we can feel the huge presence of Flash player across all platforms and devices. We can easily say, Flash is now a platform. and to make this trend more strong in future Adobe has planned to put all Flash related technologies under one umbrella FLASH PLATFORM. As per Adobe, Flash Platform is an integrated set of technologies surrounded by an established ecosystem of support programs, business partners, and enthusiastic user communities.
According to TechCrunch, “Realizing that Flash is a better name than Flex for a platform, Adobe is now referring to everything it does related to Flash (including the Flash Player, Adobe AIR, Flex developer tools, and Flash media servers) as the Flash Platform. That’s what I’ve been calling it anyway, so I’m glad they finally caught up.”
See what all included in FLASH PLATFORM & Web Technologies.

Free Adobe AIR Book for HTML/JavaScript Developers (by Adobe)
http://onair.adobe.com/files/AIRforJSDevPocketGuide.pdf?sdid=CEYFA
This is a good book for those coming in from JavaScript/HTML and moving to AIR.
You don't have to use Flash to build Adobe AIR applications. You can build full-featured applications using just HTML and JavaScript. This usually surprises some developers who expect Adobe AIR to focus only on Flash.

Adobe FLEX/AIR online video training
It's been placed in to two parts, as what I have found:
Part A - http://www.adobe.com/education/instruction/teach/ria.html?Tabs=course - Online Workshop Modules tab, 3rd tab inside the page
Part B - http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/videotraining/ - where course has been divided in to 5 days (showing small clips) for each days, with proper exercise and their solution too on each regular video training session. (If you won't be able to solve exercise:) )
You can now download and watch Flex in a Week videos in an offline mode.
Here are the instructions.
i) Install AMP
ii) Click “My Favorites” menu at the top.
iii) Click “Add RSS Feed” at the bottom.
iv) Paste http://sessions.adobe.com/FlexInAWeek/feed.xml
YAHOOOOOOOO... What else you need?
